How to Create a Tenant
A tenant contains a group of connected organisations and can be shared with others for viewing and report creation purposes.
1. To begin connecting organisations, start by adding a tenant. On Snapzl's Welcome Page, add your first tenant.
2. Enter a unique code for your tenant (Note: Code cannot be changed once saved).
3. Provide a name for your tenant.
4. Click the "Create" button to complete the process.
5. Your new tenant will now be visible on the welcome page, allowing you to begin connecting your organisation to it. To add more, click on the "New Tenant" button.
How to Invite New Users
1. From Snapzl home page, go to Settings.
2. Then, go to the Invitations section.
3. Enter the new user’s email address. The email address that you send the invite to will be their login.
4. Click the “Invite” button once done.
5. All invited users will appear on the list of Invitations section, where you can also check the status of the invite, date of invite and who sent the invite.
6. By clicking the three dots beside the invitation status , you can delete or resend the invite.
You can add unlimited new users to your tenant at no extra charges, only the admin users can send the invite and change the level of access of the users.
How to Assign User Roles
1. From Snapzl home page, go to Settings.
2. Then, go to the Users section. Where you will see all connected users and their roles.
3. When you send the invite to new users, their role will be a normal user. You can change it by clicking the three dots beside the role column.
